The Creperie is the perfect restaurant for your office or family to get together for special events. We are happy to work with you to develop a custom menu for your event or you can choose from our pre-made group menus. Below are examples of some group menus. We look forward to serving you. If you are planning a get together using our group menu, you should choose STANDARD OR SUPERIOR
menu for everybody in your group. You make your choice at the Creperie which Salad, Entree or Dessert. Please note menus can be personalized with your occassion, Birthday, Anniversary, Farewell etc. Four Courses with Crepe Entree or Country French Entree Choices 33.95.
Appetizer
Croustille Au Fromage
Deep fried cheese served with a yogurt garlic dip
Salad
Caeser Salad
Romaine lettuce, croutons and grana cheese with a dressing of olive oil, vinegar, mustard, anchovies and capers.
Mimosa Salad
Butter lettuce, sliced mushrooms, julienne of carrots and chopped egg with a dill dressing.
Crepe Entrees
Choice of one crepe served with a Crepe Florentine.
Crepe Ala Reine
Chicen and veal combined with wiled mushrooms in a white wine cream sauce. Combined with Crepe Florentine and orzo pasta.
Beef Stroganoff
Cubes of beef tenderloin with peppers and mushrooms in a paprika cream sauce.
Crepe Miramar
Chicken and baby shrimp in a curry sauce garnished with fruit.
Crepe Jambalaya
Mixed seafood, Italian sausage and tomato sauce.
Crepe Florentine
Cremed spinach with mushrooms with mozzarella cheese
Country French Entrees
Medallion of Beef Chasseur
Two AAA Beef Tendeloin served with Mushroom and wild mushroom demi glace sauce, sweet potato fries and seasonal vegetables.
Lamb Shank Provencales
Lamb shank in red wine - rosemary. Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and seasanal vegetables
Cedar Baked Salmon
Salmon topped with baby shrimp, asparagus and hollandaise sauce. Served with rice - wild rice mixture and seasonal vegetables.
Desserts
Crepe Framboise Cardinal
Vanilla ice cream wrapped in a sweet crepe topped with hot raspberry puree, whipped cream and toasted almonds.
Crepe Glace Au Chocolat
Vanilla ice cream wrapped in a sweet crepe topped with hot Belgian chocolate sauce, whipped cream and toasted almonds.
Combination
Vanilla ice cream wrapped in a sweet crepe topped with hot Belgian chocolate & hot raspberry puree sauce, whipped cream and toasted almonds.
Add ons/Substitutions
Requires three days advanced notice.
Brie en Croute
Brie baked in filo pastry served with a cracked pepper blueberry coulis in place of Croustille au Fromage Add 3.50.
Seafood Chowder or Baked Onion Soup
In place of salad add 2.95. In place of Croustille add 3.50.
